Which devices and apps does S3SSIONS work with?
Apple Watch works natively: start a workout on your iPhone and hand it off to your wrist. Everything else — Garmin, Polar, Suunto, or any app that writes workouts to Apple Health — is imported automatically with duration, heart rate and distance. S3SSIONS also writes its own completed workouts back to Apple Health.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Your iPhone guides every workout — timers, sets, run tracking with GPS. With an Apple Watch you additionally get live heart rate, pace and zone feedback on your wrist, and the finished workout syncs back to your phone automatically.
What does the coach base its recommendation on?
Your goal and training plan, your complete recent training across all sources (including imported workouts), which muscle groups you hit recently, the equipment available where you are today — and whatever you tell it, like "legs are sore" or "only 30 minutes". That context helps S3SSIONS build the right session, adapt it to your day or recommend recovery when it matters.
What types of training does S3SSIONS support?
Strength, HIIT, calisthenics, functional training, mobility — and running, including guided interval sessions with GPS, splits and heart-rate zone targets. Set sport-specific goals like "get fit for padel" or "improve cycling endurance" and your sessions are built to support them.
Can I change a workout once it's generated?
Yes — just tell the coach. "Harder", "shorter", "swap the lunges", "add a finisher": changes apply directly to the workout, and you can ask questions about any exercise while you train.
What does it cost?
Your first 10 generated workouts are free — no credit card required. After that, a Pro subscription unlocks unlimited coaching. S3SSIONS is currently iPhone-only, with a full Apple Watch companion app included.
